Duo Team Hub — last updated November 2026
Duo Team Hub is an internal workforce-management tool built for employees and contractors of Duo Catering & Events ("Duo," "we," or "us"). It is not a public product or service — access is by invitation from a Duo administrator only, and it is used to manage scheduling, time tracking, team communication, and related employment workflows.
Only current Duo employees and contractors who have been issued an account by a Duo administrator may access this app. Accounts are tied to your employment or contractor relationship with Duo and may be suspended or removed if that relationship ends.
What you'll receive. If you opt in, Duo Catering & Events will send you text messages about your Duo Team Hub account: sign-in and verification codes, account setup links, and updates on your own shift and timecard requests (for example, that a request was approved or denied), and reminders of your own upcoming shifts. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the box "Yes, text me work updates from Duo Team Hub" when you set up your account, or by turning on text messages on your Profile page in the app (see how opt-in works). The box is not pre-checked. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of employment — everything is also sent by email.
Message frequency varies based on your schedule, typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off text messages on your Profile page. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email alan@duoevents.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for how your phone number is handled — it is never shared or sold for marketing.
Use this app only for legitimate work purposes related to your role at Duo. Don't share your login credentials or verification codes with anyone else, attempt to access another employee's account or data, or use the app in a way that violates Duo's workplace policies.
Questions about these terms, or about your account, should go to your Duo administrator.
