How staff opt in to text messages

Who gets texts

Duo Team Hub is the private staff app for Duo Catering & Events employees. Each employee is invited by a Duo administrator by email, and creates their account at duoteams.com. Only employees who check the opt-in box below receive texts. Nobody is texted without opting in, numbers are never bought or obtained from third parties, and opting in is not required to work at Duo.

Where they opt in

1) On the "Create your account" step when they set up their account, 2) on their Profile page in the app at any time, and 3) on the duoteams.com/join page if they choose to get their sign-up code by text. All three show this exact checkbox, unchecked by default:

What they receive

• Sign-in verification codes
• Account setup links and setup codes
• Updates on their own shift and timecard requests (approved or denied)
• Reminders of their own upcoming shifts

No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent. Message frequency varies.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message, or uncheck the box on the Profile page. Reply HELP for help, or email alan@duoevents.com. Message and data rates may apply.
