Duo Team Hub is an internal tool for Duo Catering & Events employees and contractors. To run scheduling, time tracking, team communication, and onboarding, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, role, shift and time-clock records, chat messages sent within the app, and onboarding paperwork you submit (such as tax forms) if applicable to your role.
If you opt in to text messages, your phone number is used to send you account sign-in and verification codes, account setup links, and work-related updates (such as shift changes). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See the text message terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio solely as our service provider to deliver text messages on our behalf.
Information collected in this app is used only to operate Duo's internal workforce management — scheduling staff, tracking hours for payroll, sending required updates, and supporting onboarding and compliance recordkeeping. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Your basic profile and schedule information is visible to Duo managers and admins as needed to run operations. Sensitive onboarding documents (such as tax or payroll forms) are restricted to admin accounts and are logged when viewed. Chat messages are encrypted at rest and access by anyone other than the message's participants is logged for oversight.
We retain employment-related records for as long as required for business and legal purposes. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls, and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.
